Festival for children

Our SUNSHINE children took part in a festival for children in a suburb of Kiev that was called "World of children". Approximately 300 children from all over Ukraine and from various children's homes and chidren’s centres presented their talents and gifts in five different catagories. Marina won the first prize in the category of Art for her photo exhibition. Our other kids who had performed a dance presented a video clip in the category of choreography but did not acheive any award.

Nevertheless, the festival was a great time and a good possibility to meet old friends and to make new ones. The festival was brought to an end with a Gala Concert, at which all the winners could show their talents. Marek took part in the the press-conference which preceded the Gala Concert, as a co-organizer of the festival.
