Hiking trip to the Black Sea
Marek is on a trip to the Black Sea "trekking" with the children. They plan to cover more than 100 km travelling by foot from Azimuth to Czabanka, a small village at the Black Sea. They report walking through fields, hills, villages and swamps. Hiking, as a part of adventure teaching, is one of the therapy methods we use at SUNSHINE Center. It helps to develop many importand skills like persistence, creativity and team spirit. Success is a powerful motivator. Once the children experience success by reaching their goal, they also increase their self-esteem.
